The year was 1927. Lynmar Brock, Sr. founded Brock & Company Inc. determined to provide high quality menu selections combined with outstanding service. This was the manifestation of his boyhood vision, when he sold sandwiches at school football games. As his business grew, he took over his mother's kitchen and soon started making lunches for area factory workers.

Lynmar Brock's vision continued to unfold with his innovative process for frozen French Fries, which is still used today. For over 75 years, Brock's food services have continued to evolve, but one thing has remained constant: the personalized nature of the business.

Today, Brock & Company, Inc. is known for its tradition of innovation and passion for excellence. Lynmar Brock, Jr., his wife Claudie, son Andrew and brother Charles, along with a top team of Senior Managers, maintain the commitment and dedication that has made the company a preferred provider throughout the East Coast and Rocky Mountain regions.

Privately owned, Brock is large enough to compete with the mega food service companies when it comes to pricing, customer support and technology. At the same time, Brock is small enough to provide unmatched personal customer attention with local management support. The result is a customer base whose expectations are not only met, but exceeded, year after year.

As a new century unfolds, it is clear that the family's legacy of leadership in the food service industry is destined to reach new milestones. The tradition of innovation will continue to meet the changing technologies and tastes of the people served. For all of Brock & Company's achievements, one thing remains certain: the future looks even more exciting than the past.
